Infra Session 47 Recap

  • Our heroes set out for the dwarven kingdom of Anao, on the way they encountered a wire trap. Seeing it and investigating they encountered a  group of gnolls. The group easily dealth with the minor inconvenience and learned that the gnolls were here kidnapping people and selling them off into slavery. Monday was furious to learn this and tried to learn more about this, but the single gnoll they kept alive refused to answer any further questions. Our heroes decided to head to the orc town of Minha in hopes of learning more.
  • On the fourth day of their travel towards they noticed an airship rise from the mountains. Our heroes then changed their destination and headed to Anao once again.
  • Once they arrived in Anao and made it through the gates, the group split up. Grune went to investigate the mines where the ship had been, and the rest of the group went to speak with the king in regards to the alliance with Magia.
  • At the mine Grune found two guards who were not responding when he greeted them. Upon further approach he saw that they were dead, he quickly turned around to head back and find his companions.
  • The rest of our heroes were escorted to the Castle, where they met King Dwargo. He was ecstatic to learn that Magia was interested in some form of partnership with him. He brought our heroes to eat and drink. While talking, Monday asked if he may have per chance been the same G.W. that had put the request to investigate the ship, which they learned he had. After further discussion, our heroes learned of the mine where the ship landed. It had been long since abandoned by the dwarves, while it had powerful materials with magical properties, it had become too dangerous for their ancestors to continue mining in.Monday managed to get a contract in place where if our heroes managed to clear the mine of the dangers that they would receive a permanent percentage of the materials mined from it.
  • Grune returned to the group and informed them of the dead guards, our heroes decided to go investigate.
