- Our heroes decided to make camp for the night so Skarr and Antkeep could infiltrate the stone giant hideout undetected.
- The two followed the river and saw a couple of large stone giant statues on the side of the river. They carefully snuck past them and found a separate tunnel leading off with some tracks, both giant and human, coming from it. They decided to return to the party.
- The next day our heroes went underwater and made it to the end of the river, where they saw a giant statue, well over 100 ft tall, and 2 giants seemingly worshiping it.
- Our heroes turned back and went down an underwater path they had found, they came up and explored a bit. They found some humans chanting in an unknown language. Antkeep cast comprehend languages and realized it was some chant to their god.
- Little noticed a giant sneaking up on the group, as she was unsure what to do it promptly retreated.
- Our heroes cautiously went looking for the giant, only to have it come out from a large boulder in the middle of an underground pool. Although surprised, our heroes still managed to dispatch it.
- Our heroes continued on and decided to climb up, listening to Befdord who recalled what the stone giants had previously told him about the temple’s location.
- Once in, our heroes met and fought with Thane Kayalithica, who pushed Faren into the mud and animated one of the statues to fight our heroes. Luckily Faren was able to teleport out and Antkeep was able to dispel the magic on the statue.
- Our heroes investigated the room a bit, upon learning that the mud was magical Ivar jumped in, turning to Stone. Using her beholder Antkeep was able to pull him out. It seemed as though Helm wasn’t quite done with Ivar though, as his necklace glowed causing his stone self to revert to the flesh and blood Ivar.
- Skarr went searching and found the little gnome Elister.
