- Our heroes saw the poor muzzled dragon and quickly saw that it was indeed Felgolos.
- Despite this reunion, Skarr was distracted by a few caged griffons, which he learned were Countess Sansuri’s pets. Cressaro suggested Skarr does not mess with them.
- Felgolos looked sad and hurt, although he was somewhat comforted by his friends arrival as they attempted to heal him up.
- Going back and speaking with Sansuri, they manage to come to an agreement. Our heroes would impede the frost and fire giants, both of whom were trying to obtain a higher position in the ordening, and in exchange the dragon would be let free. After proof was brought to the countess that they had foiled one of the two groups, the dragon would be released as an act of good faith.
- Our heroes went to tell Felgolos, who was saddened as he had hoped they would break him out now.
- Our heroes left the building and planned what to do next, with Elister wanting to make sure that the ship wasn’t damaged.
- OUr heroes continued on their journey to Mirabar, stopping at Longsaddle on the way, they learned a rumor that the Weevil had died. Apparently the rumor originated from the north, so our heroes headed to Xantharl’s Keep.
- Once there they met with various folk. Ivar went and met the lord of the keep, Narbeck Horn, who was also suspicious of the rumours that Weevil had died.
- Bedford and Antkeep went to the inn where they met Arzastra, the owner, and a dwarf named Larg who wasn’t too friendly to our heroes.
- Our heroes decided to stay at the inn, during the night they heard the sound of a horn echoing through down, sounding an alarm. Our heroes were able to tell something was happening outside of town, and they all rushed to the outside except for Skarr, who decided to follow Larg.
- As Skarr was spying on Larg, a group \of bugbears stormed into the room. Skarr took the opportunity to grab Larg and get out, but the bugbears followed suit. Skarr and Larg managed to kill them off as Skarr left with Larg.
