- Our heroes met Lazivos, the infernal chancellor. He seemed happy to treat with our heroes.
- They learned that he did have a contract with the great wyrm Forzaantilirys, so was limited in what he could do.
- Inquiring about our heroes exact goals and who they were planning on fighting.
- Our heroes revealed the names of the dragons they were fighting, which unfortunately meant he was unable to assist. As he was about to leave he had an idea and asked our heroes to come back the next day while he reviewed his contract with Forzaantilirys, aka Klauth, to determine any potential loopholes.
- Our heroes spend the day getting to know their new friend, the Tabaxi, Rath. Antkeep even got a little drunk at one point and had Rath shoot an arrow off her head.
- The next day our heroes returned to meet the infernal chancellor once more. Rath and Jurano were not comfortable signing the book, however the rest of the group did and went in to speak with him.
- He informed our group that he had found a loophole, a transfer of the red tax to another, and that he had found a willing host. Ivar was initially very skeptical, and wanted to know who, however Lazivos insisted that could not share information about his other clients. He assured Ivar that his client was very willing and also very powerful, comparable to any of the members of Ivar’s own companions.
- Eventually Ivar agreed, and a contract was presented to him. In exchange for the unsigned contract in their position Lazivos would transfer the red tax to another. Our heroes carefully examined the contract then signed it.
- Before leaving, Lazivos invited each of the 4 members to privately speak with him in case they were interested in making any additional deals.
- Our heroes headed out to Citadel Abdar.
- Upon arrival they were brought to the king, who asked for their assistance in taking care of the fire giants. In exchange he would present each of them with a rare item.
