- The group continued to fight the dragon, as it flooded the halls with darkness Antkeep retaliated with a while of light. Sadly, this would be the last thing Antkeep did before the darkness swallowed her and sapped the life out of her.
- Rath struggled as the dragon attacked him, eventually getting knocked unconscious.
- Meanwhile the dragon created pools and globs of acid, which George was both in a pool and stuck to the acid, keeping him unconscious and almost killing him, even after he had healed a bit.
- Skarr took this opportunity to show his new loyalty and fought his former allies, shooting them from afar.
- Eventually Ivar struck at the dragon as it attempted to bite Jurano, separating its head from its body.
- Skarr rushed out, flying as fast as he could, and our heroes could not keep up.
- Ivar healed Rath, who then was able to revive Antkeep as she had been removed from the pool of acid.
- Our heroes left the dragon’s lair, taking the celestial they had found with them.
- Antkeep sent a message to captain Elister, warning him about Skarr, however Skarr had already taken Phantomquill and left.
- Our heroes then rested beneath the colosseum, where Antkeep and the Celestial had a telepathic conversation. It was also quite pleased with a sandwich that Ivar had made for it and took another for the road.
- Our heroes debated taking the gold that was protected by the invisible stalkers, but in the end decided not to.
- They teleported back to the Maelstrom, where they recounted their draconic encounter with King Hekaton, who congratulated them.
- The group decided to spend a few nights here to regroup, and Ivar took this opportunity to head back to Neverwinter and see the Crimson Talons.
- He met with Elena, who seemed to have matured a bit since he last saw her. He met a caster named Shez who revived Reus. Ivar and Reus had a bit of a talk and Reus was very confused by what Ivar said, and IVar was confused about Reus breaking his oath as a paladin.
- Eventually Ivar grabbed Shez and headed to Neverwinter.
