- The adventure begins at the Rinn Inn and Tavern, a small tavern on the outskirts of daggerford. A colorfully dressed man came in with a bloodied friend, asking for help anyone. Upon further examination it was determined his friend had time. The man, Stanimir, enraged, said he had had enough with the wolves, and offered gold for each wolf that someone killed. 5 People stepped forwards. The group is as follows
- Aduial, a half-elf bard who was up for adventure and a good story
- Twinkletoes, a fairy wizard who was looking for a way home to the fey wilds
- Valora, an elven sorceress who, like Twinklestoes, had no interest in the material plane and wanted to find her way back to the fey wilds. She showed little concern towards those who called the material plane home but had some affection for her fey brethren.
- Zophir, a centaur paladin who’s desire to do good had lead him to his current position.
- Zorrion, an eladrin rogue who, unlike Valora, found the material plane fascinating.
- As the group were adventuring a fog covered the land, growing thicker and thicker. Stanimir suggested they make camp. When they did, he began to tell the group a story of his cursed prince, the fire turned green as he spat some alcohol over it and shadows danced in the fire matching Stanimir’s stories.
- As the group listened sleep began to take over each of them, until they each fell asleep as Stanimir mentioned madame Eva and asked the travelers to speak with her.
- As the travelers woke up they found themselves in an unfamiliar area, all their weapons and items had gone missing. A large area was still surrounded by fog, but there was a small path where the fog was a bit thinner. The travelers followed it until they came across a large gate with two headless statues next to it. As they approached it the gates opened, allowing them to pass through.
- The travelers saw a house off in the distance, behind them they heard some howling, and seeing some eyes they quickly made their way to the house. Upon approaching it they saw two children, a boy who was crying and a slightly older sister trying to comfort him. The children told the travelers that there was a monster in the basement, they didn’t know what it looked like but could hear it.
- The travelers entered the house, but the children didn’t want to go in. As they explored they managed to get themselves some new equipment. They encountered a suite of armor which started to attack them as they pushed it over a railing. The next enemy they fought was some ghostly figure, crying at first, but then started to attack them. Luckily they managed to destroy it without any deaths.
