- Our heroes made their way to the Amber Temple, quickly going inside once they arrived.
- Once inside Valora turned invisible while the rest of the party slowly started exploring.
- They found a hole in the floor which Freya sent her echo to go down and investigate. They found some flame skulls, which began to show aggressive behaviour and the echo just disappeared.
- Our heroes continued to investigate when they found a room. Inside the room was a man, Vilnius, who had come here with his master who unfortunately had died. He refused to leave the room until the golem had been taken care of and told our heroes he would like to get his master’s staff and spellbook back.
- Valora meanwhile had done some of her own exploring and found some people in a room to the east. She quietly left them and rejoined the rest of the group.
- Our heroes encountered the golem and engaged it, although Valora snuck on by.
- As Valora was exploring she encountered a darkness she couldn’t see through, and a firebolt came out of it targeting her. She rushed to the next room where she found a dead end.
- The rest of our heroes managed to finish off the golem and began to be attacked by the thing in the darkness as well.
- Our heroes tried everything to get in to the darkness, with Zeltron eventually being turned into a giant ape who ripped the head of the statue, which is where the darkness was straight off.
- Our heroes managed to find an old man named Heinrich. He informed our heroes that his master had summoned him here many years ago to protect the temple, a place full of secrets and evil. Heinrich informed our heroes that he would be most pleased if the statue’s head could be put back where it belonged and be fixed.
- Glass immediately started to rest to get his spell slots back to help Heinrich.
- Valora explored a bit more while invisible, eventually coming across some women trying to get through a door. Upon hearing Valora’s arrival they looked around, causing Valora to leave.
- The next day, when Glass repaired the statue, he was presented with a Luck Blade as thanks.
- Our heroes debated on what to do and eventually decided that they would leave the temple.
