- On their way out, Valora took a look behind her and decided she simply could not leave the temple yet. She managed to persuade Zeltron and the team to go back in.
- Having already been aware of a group of people in a small room, the group went over ready to fight. During the fight, the dire wolf escaped. Freya was turned into a T-Rex as our heroes ended the life of a number of creatures.
- Valora, knowing the time limitation on her spell, wanted to move quick. The next room had a few floating flaming skulls which cast fireball spells on our heroes, dealing a lot of damage, but our heroes still managed to take them out. They noticed a corpse on the ground that had been burnt, but still had a staff in good condition, but chose to ignore it at this time.
- They continued on to the next room which had a lot of food on the table. Although Freya the T-Rex tried to eat the food she was unable to.
- Opening the next door our heroes saw a crumbling balcony, they started to make their way across it but the floor fell under Zeltron causing him to crash in the room below, where he rushed to make it back to the rest of the group.
- Glass started to mend the floor to make it as safe as possible for the group to make it through, at this time Valora broke her concentration on polymorph turning Freya back into a human.
- The next room did not have much in it but a shrine and two skeletons by the shrine, approaching it our heroes felt some magic coming from it and proceeded to destroy it. They examined the room some more and found a secret door, upon opening a large amount of skulls came out of the room.
- Entering the room our heroes found a chest stuck on the ceiling, as well as another secret door.
- A robed skeleton greeted our heroes, asking them if it knew them. They spoke a bit with it, and learned it had forgotten much, not sure where it was, what it was doing there, and even its name. It did however remember that the book on the desk was precious to it.
- Our heroes found another secret door, going through it they came to a great library, much to Valora’s excitement, only to find that all the books were empty. Glass stayed behind with the skeleton and began to rest.
- Going further down, Freya and Zeltron came upon 3 amber sarcophagi and some creates, upon opening one of the crates vampires jumped out of it. Our heroes finished them off much more easily than the last time they encountered these creatures.
- Continuing on they went through a fissure in the walls where they found another amber golem and lots of treasure, taking the creature out they started to gather the treasure.
- Valora decided to touch the amber sarcophagi, the first one did not do anything, but the second one offered her the ability to revive the dead, although her own form would suffer. The final one offered her immortality, the same immortality it had offered Strahd. Freya also touched it and spoke with the being for a bit.
- Our heroes returned upstairs and decided to rest.
- Upon Glass finishing his rest, he cast greater restoration on the skeleton, allowing it to recover its memories.
