Our heroes ventured into the lair of the Powderkeg Punks and met their leader, Glaz Nixbrix. They attempted to persuade him to join forces, and he agreed on one condition: they had to defeat his pet snake, Bitey. With a dramatic pull of a lever, a large door opened, revealing the massive serpent. Our heroes engaged in battle and, despite the snake’s formidable size, defeated it with relative ease. Impressed, Glaz congratulated them and agreed to provide the information they sought.
Glaz revealed that the mastermind behind the plot to capture Gattlebee was a man named Shoma Lyzerius. Shoma had hired the punks for some nefarious activities on the side. While they didn’t know his exact whereabouts, they did have his address in Hellside. Our heroes left to go find Shoma.
As our heroes navigated the treacherous streets of Hellside, Stirmi noticed someone watching them. He alerted the group, but this also alerted the observer, who revealed itself to be a creature with a single, hideous eye. The ensuing battle was swift, with the creature posing little threat. However, the commotion attracted the attention of two shield marshals.
In the ensuing chaos, our heroes incapacitated one marshal and killed the other. They then spent considerable time convincing the surviving marshal that he had killed the creature and that it had slain his companion. Once he accepted this version of events, our heroes departed. Unbeknownst to the group, Stirmi stealthily returned to eliminate the remaining marshal.
