Despite George’s great intellect, his body was in poor health. George stuck around the Maelstrom for a bit of time before leaving for Everlund, studying there for a bit. In time he returned to Lazivos. Since his pact allowed Lazivos to learn everything George did, George negotiated with Lazivos, convincing him that him being alive was more beneficial for Lazivos. Lazivos provided George with an Amulet of Health, Gauntlets of Ogre Power, and a Cloak of Swiftness, allowing his body to remain in tip top shape while his mind continued to study. In exchange, George provided Lazivos assistance by going out on diplomatic and research missions.
